Order Payments
Each order payment received is subject to a 48 to 72 hour holding period after which it is eligible for payout and payouts take approx. 2 working days to appear in our bank account. Once payment has been received, the order will be processed.

Shipping

Customers will have Free Shipping on all products when checking out their orders. Free Shipping includes online tracking. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Delivery Time

Deliveries on orders from the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand can take 2 to 4 weeks. If deliveries do not arrive within 5 weeks, then customers will be refunded on their orders.

Deliveries on orders from Europe, South/Central America and Asia can take 3 to 6 weeks. If deliveries do not arrive within 7 weeks, then customers will be refunded on their orders.

Deliveries on orders from the rest of the world, including South Africa, can take 5 to 8 weeks. If deliveries do not arrive within 9 weeks, then customers will be refunded on their orders.

For countries with longer delivery times, please make sure you order a size or two bigger to avoid any disappointment.

There may be occasional custom delays during shipping. These delays are uncontrollable and may result in delayed delivery of the order. Items are mainly shipped via the post office and must be collected. Please ensure the correct delivery address (and correct postal code) are provided at check out. Positive ID is required when collecting the parcels at the post office. 

Custom duties/fees

All customs, taxes, import duties, brokerage fees, or any additional charges by your local government are the responsibility of the recipient. There is a chance that you will not get charged VAT or duties, however if you do get charged, we cannot be responsible for these fees in any way. Please contact your customs office for more information. Shipping fees and taxes will not be refunded for packages that are refused due to VAT/ duties.

Shipping delays

If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday gift/ for special occasions, we recommend purchasing the item 6 weeks before to avoid disappointment with unforeseen shipping/ customs delays. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive on time or before specified dates.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by after receiving your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items include: Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), such as items with obvious signs of use, toys and bibs.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will also not be refunded.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item please contact us here.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
